***Dry Sack “med-dry”, (Palomino/Pedro Ximnez), Jerez, Spain, Williams & Humbert, MYR60

****Julian James White Liquer, (Tokay ((Muscadelle))/Pedro Ximenez), Swan Valley, Western Australia, Talijancich, 10 years, AUD55#

*Rested on lees for 7 months
**wines from grand cru sites, maceration 48-72 hours, minimum 4 years aging
***a blend of amontillado, oloroso and PX sherries
****Average age 10 years
#These wines were imported from Australia by one of my students for this course.  I had requested the liquer.  My student had tasted the Sauvignon Blanc and thought it worthy of a class, so we used it as a mystery wine to test our progress
