I love this very easy-drinking rosé that is made from a blend of southern Rhone grape varieties of Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah. The 2017 was fruity and fragrant, with delicate aromas and flavours of redcurrants and cherries, with perfectly balanced ripeness and acidity. It’s a reliable blend in most years. Not Provencal but from the Ventoux appellation made by the Perrin family from Chateau Beaucastel in Chateauneuf du Pape. Readily available at around £7.99
