Advanced Food & Wine Club

This is the follow-on to the Beginner’s Course.  We look more closely at the wine-growing regions and focus on premium examples of terroir.  We re-visit the grape varieties covered already and see how they taste outside of their original homelands. For example Pinot Noir has its homeland in Burgundy however there are some very fine examples produced in other parts of the world. We enhance our tasting technique and discover how different wine-taking techniques can affect both flavour and styles of wines.  The full list of Advanced lessons is in the side-bar.
