Produced by Vignerons de Florensac for Marks & Spencer

PicPoul is a previously little-known grape that is now very fashionable and deservedly growing from strength to strength.  This wine featured in a lesson that included a delightful Chablis and yet another super Riesling from Clare Valley but proved to be the surprise winner.
Delicious citrus aromas combined with a zesty palate of ripe lemons, stone fruits with a salinity reminiscent of a sea breeze; what’s not to like about this wine? . Great value for money.

Why not try it with this Smoked Salmon Kedgeree recipe
