In a lesson that included a delightful Chablis and yet another super Riesling from Clare Valley this was the surprise winner.
Delicious citrus aromas combined with a zesty palate of ripe lemons, stone fruits with a salinity reminiscent of a sea breeze; what’s not to like about this wine? This previously little-known grape is very fashionable and deservedly growing from strength to strength. Great value for money.
